Our innovative approach to housing has gained widespread recognition, with nearly 200,000 units worth of orders from a diverse range of industries. We have provided solutions for disaster relief efforts, government housing projects, single sales, military personnel, and tiny home community developers.

Who's Involved
The Turner family, consisting of three generations, brings over 120 years of combined experience to the vision of manufacturing True Tiny Homes. Fred Turner, the grandfather, Tim Turner, the son, and Stephen Turner, the grandson, guide the manufacturing line. They possess a unique combination of expertise in land development, construction, architecture, patent design, engineering, entrepreneurship and much more. Their collaborative approach to the industry incorporates both traditional knowledge and modern innovation.
Steve Gall
(CO-FOUNDER)
Steve has an extensive and impressive background in the automotive industry, with over 30 years of experience. He has helped sell hundreds of thousands of cars and started his career at the age of 21. Steve quickly achieved many accolades and worked with notable brands such as Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Volkswagen, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Toyota, Honda, Mercedes-Benz, Land Rover, Jaguar, and Chevrolet. Throughout his career, Steve ran multiple dealerships and platforms across the country, including United Auto Group, O'Brien Automotive Team, Planet Automotive, Rick Case Honda, and Powerhouse, The Kelly and Feldman Organizations.
Kim DePalma
(MARKETING / SALES)
Kim DePalma is the founder and CEO of Crystal Crown Partners. She is an experienced advertising professional who began her career at the Digital Dealer Conference & Exposition in 2009, where she eventually became an equity partner and director of conference operations. After the conference was successfully sold, Kim consulted with various companies and single-roof dealerships to establish best practices.
In 2017, Kim joined LotLinx as senior vice president of strategic partnerships, where she was the only female executive and led the agency division to the highest profitable revenue recorded. In 2020, she collaborated with noted technology entrepreneurs and became partners in companies such as TapText, Whisp, Widget, and Elots.
Throughout her career, Kim has always been focused on bringing the best solutions to the dealer while producing revenue for each vertical she has been involved with. She values relationships and has mentored several millennials to achieve their professional goals. Kim is a mother to three adult daughters and recently purchased a 12-acre farm in NW Georgia, where she resides with her husband.
Bill Balaban
(TECHNOLOGY ADVISOR)
After a career spanning more than three decades, Bill Balaban stepped away from a well- earned early retirement as TTH's Manufacturing Technology Operations Advisor. Bill draws on an extraordinary career to help TTH deliver extraordinary results for its clients. As a special projuct consultant, Bill helped guide critical projects at Apple, IBM, HP, Applied Materials, Inc., Databank, and Interwise along with NASA and the US Air Force. We are grateful for his insights and leadership, and for the opportunity to join the impressive list of clients who have benefited from his wisdom.
Ted White
(INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS)
I am a highly motivated professional with more than 40 years of Electrical, Mechanical and Construction Industry experience. I have broad experience in engineering, systems design, estimating, project management, scheduling, material and equipment procurement, employee relations, customer relations, sales and marketing, budget projections, business planning, and financial oversight.
I have experience in a broad range of electrical projects, such as Custom Structural Steel Manufacturing for power generation, power generation, Power Generation for Off-Shore Oil platforms both internationally and domestically,power distribution, commercial, industrial,institutional, healthcare and governmental. This includes electrical projects such as hard bid plans and specifications, budget proposals, design-build, time and material and fast track. Projects have ranged in size up to $130 million. I have helped designed, estimated and managed (EM) Electricaland Mechanical across the United States.
